Discover how you can share your time, prayers, talents, and gifts to change young lives in our community.

Volunteer for the Weekend

Team members undergo systematic training prior to the Weekend experience, structured around clear core objectives:

Attend the Closing Ceremony

Outsiders and church communities are welcome to attend the closing celebration with youth participants. Witnessing their transformation directly allows you to share the most meaningful moment of the weekend.

Pray

Lives can be forever changed, and workers in the Kingdom of God grow through prayers for guidance and success of the ministry. Feel standard uplifted prayer, and pray for the ministry, participants, volunteers, and facilities.

Love (Agape)

Unconditional love is visually expressed through tangible signs of agape: posters, banners, letters, prayers, prayer chains, cookies, and other expressions from the religious community, churches, Sunday school classes, and communities supporting work.

Write and send a general message from your organization expressing love for the participants, encouraging volunteers, and showcasing solidarity with your church, parish, or group name.

Mentor

The Kairos Torch program continues through mentoring relationships to guide juveniles following their initial weekend experience. Mentors meet one-on-one with youth inside facilities to build lasting trust, offering consistent support during critical stages in their lives.
